Retail Sales Merchandiser Part-Time

About the role

As a Part-Time Retail Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for visiting retailers like Walmart and Target within your assigned territory. Your goal is to ensure our products are available on-shelf and presented correctly for the customer. This includes stocking shelves, building and maintaining product displays, monitoring store inventory, and selling in additional products directly to stores.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers like Walmart and Target within your assigned territory.
• Ensure our products are available on-shelf and presented correctly for the customer.
• Stock shelves, build and maintain product displays, monitor store inventory.
• Sell in additional products directly to stores through the Direct-to-Store Sales Program.
• Build and maintain relationships with store-level management.
• Execute planned promotions and build incremental in-store displays for our toys.
• Provide retail insights by submitting accurate data and photos through our retail merchandising app.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a retail field sales merchandiser or representative with large retail stores.
• Ability to work independently and manage a store visit schedule effectively.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle for business use, and proof of vehicle insurance.
• The physical ability to lift products up to 40 pounds and be comfortable standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods.

• The market will consist of a minimum of 24 retail locations (Walmart, Target).

Pay

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Texas is $18.00 to $19.00 Per Hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.

Schedule

This role offers flexible scheduling with a minimum requirement of 24 hours per week (weekdays) and core business hours in your set market.

Spring, TX (Houston North) Market Area

The market area consists of a minimum of 24 retail locations (Walmart, Target) in the Central Zip Code of Territory 77389.
