About the Role

Support in-store merchandising to enhance shopping experiences by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist retailers in product display setup and shelf organization
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and product rotation
• Travel regularly, with potential travel up to 50% or more, including overnight stays

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, and standing
• Reliable transportation and comfort traveling
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, self-starter with a results-driven attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a safety-conscious retail environment
• 18 years or older and comfortable engaging with customers and management
