Treetops Collective is a dedicated organization that welcomes refugee and immigrant women and teen girls recently settled in Grand Rapids. We are a close-knit team committed to our mission of providing language-based access to driver's training and expanding the reach of immigrant and refugee-made goods.

Available Positions

• Multilingual Driving Instructor: Funded by Treetops Collective, this position aims to increase the number of multilingual driving instructors in West Michigan and provide language-based access to driver's training for refugees and immigrants.
• Retail Sales & Markets Specialist: To enhance community impact and broaden the reach of immigrant and refugee-made goods, this role involves supporting daily shop operations, growing wholesale and online sales, and building relationships through pop-ups and vendor markets.

Internship Components

• Welcome Celebration: Connect with staff and learn about Treetops Collective's history, values, and vision.
• Supervision: Partner with a designated supervisor for project oversight and professional guidance.
• Monthly Engagement & Community Building: Participate in community-building activities, snacks/lunches, and support from the People & Learning Manager.
• Team Meetings & Potlucks: Attend staff meetings and potlucks to connect with other team members.
• Intern Showcase: Present your accomplishments, ambitions, and next steps at the end of the internship.
