About the role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to meet sales quotas, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas
• Identify client needs and present and answer questions about products and services
• Recommend solutions to clients
• Ensure customers leave the store satisfied
• Coach and develop representatives
• Maximize the store's profit

Qualifications

• Ability to relocate to Philadelphia, PA 19116 before starting work
• Full-time position
• Shift options available: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Morning shift, Every weekend, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
• Up to $25.00 per hour pay
