Responsible for
- Ensure and model professional customer service
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
- Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop others
- Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
- Be a subject matter expert in your role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors
- Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
- Other duties as assigned
Pay and Schedule
- Anticipated range: $27.25 - $29.98 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience
- This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus
- Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan
- Accrue paid time off up to 152 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays)
- Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law
