What You’ll Do
- Ensure and model professional customer service
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
- Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop others
- Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
- Be a subject matter expert in your role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors
- Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
- Other duties as assigned
Pay & Schedule
The anticipated range for this position is $25.25 – $27.78 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus. Respectful schedules during operating hours of 6am – 10pm.
