Responsible for
- Ensure and model professional customer service
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store
- Cross-train in all areas of store operations including Stocking/Sales associate duties, and responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop others
- Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled
- Be a subject matter expert in your role and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors
- Ensure items are in stock and priced correctly
- Other duties as assigned
Pay and Schedule
- Ancillary pay range: $25.25 - $27.78 per hour
- Eligible for monthly bonus
- Flexible schedule during operating hours of 6am - 10pm
