Responsibilities

  • Establish excellent customer service standards and lead by example.
  • Collaborate with and lead sales team in priority setting, daily tasks and delegation of responsibilities.
  • Identify and communicate team and store needs to leader team.
  • Partner and support store leader team in daily store operations as necessary.
  • Use creative approaches to engage the customer with the product; illustrate how to wear the clothing and explore different options.
  • Possess strong understanding and ability to contribute and assist in back of house functions.
  • Participate in the training and mentoring of new and current team members with an emphasis on nurturing talent and growth.
  • Maintain high standards of sales floor and merchandise.
  • Affirmative action plan and ensure and contribute to a safe and clean store environment.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be entrepreneurial, inventive, creative and flexible.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Passionate about nurturing a positive, supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience, promoting quality service among your team through training and acting as a positive role model.
  • Possess openness to experience our Brand and product, stylishly wardrobing self and customers.
  • Strong problem solving skills with ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies.
  • Maintain high level of initiative, motivation, and self-direction.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at floor level and/or team lift when necessary.
  • Ability to climb ladders, twist, bend and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, and hooks.
  • Previous retail sales or apparel experience required.

Qualifications

  • Salary range for this role is $18.50/hr - $20.00/hr dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $18.50/hr - $20.00/hr dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This role is full-time working 30- 40 hrs./wk.
