Responsibilities
- Establish excellent customer service standards and lead by example.
- Collaborate with and lead sales team in priority setting, daily tasks and delegation of responsibilities.
- Identify and communicate team and store needs to leader team.
- Partner and support store leader team in daily store operations as necessary.
- Use creative approaches to engage the customer with the product; illustrate how to wear the clothing and explore different options.
- Possess strong understanding and ability to contribute and assist in back of house functions.
- Participate in the training and mentoring of new and current team members with an emphasis on nurturing talent and growth.
- Maintain high standards of sales floor and merchandise.
- Affirmative action plan and ensure and contribute to a safe and clean store environment.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be entrepreneurial, inventive, creative and flexible.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Passionate about nurturing a positive, supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience, promoting quality service among your team through training and acting as a positive role model.
- Possess openness to experience our Brand and product, stylishly wardrobing self and customers.

- Maintain high level of initiative, motivation, and self-direction.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at floor level and/or team lift when necessary.
- Ability to climb ladders, twist, bend and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, and hooks.
- Previous retail sales or apparel experience required.
Qualifications
- Salary range for this role is $18.50/hr - $20.00/hr dependent upon experience and qualifications.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $18.50/hr - $20.00/hr dependent upon experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This role is full-time working 30- 40 hrs./wk.
