About the role

Coolray is seeking Brand Ambassadors to join a creative and energetic team dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience. As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage with customers at partner businesses, answer questions about products and services, and encourage them to schedule appointments for estimates.

The ideal candidate enjoys engaging people in conversation and is driven by commission and incentives.

Pay

Hourly rates average $17/hr plus commission.

Schedule

• Part-time opportunities available
• Must be able to work weekends (Thursday–Sunday schedule)

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation and a mobile device for communication
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Prior retail experience is highly desired but not required
• Required to stand, walk, or sit for 4–8 hours at a time
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use a smartphone for email and text

No HVAC or water treatment experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, approaching the company display to encourage them to learn about products and services
• Walk throughout stores, engaging customers in conversations about their home service needs
• Explain features and benefits of products and services while soliciting information about customers’ individual needs
• Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit customers’ homes and provide estimates
• Build rapport and relationships with store leadership teams
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings
