Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics (Mall of America - Bloomington, MN)

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our retail store at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging cutting-edge technology to bridge the gap between our website and retail stores. Collaborate with a driven Store Manager, supervisors, and a passionate team to help customers live their passion.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you’ll embody our culture and values, providing customers with insights on how to live their passion. You’ll drive customer engagement both in-store and through community projects, train and inspire associates to meet performance goals, and maintain store merchandising standards. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train associates and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping experience.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager for continuous business improvement.
• Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams and strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated, strong communicator with an ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
