The Sales Lead position at Fabletics' store at Brea Mall in Brea, CA is seeking a self-starter with high energy who loves engaging with new people. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience, leveraging cutting-edge technology, and collaborating with a driven team to hit bold targets.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on the fabrics, features, fit, and function of Fabletics products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment, including store events and promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback around Fabletics’ Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines that make shopping easy and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Participate actively to provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales goals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify, communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required, weighing up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience, a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to bring the best out in others.
• The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
