Retail Sales Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support our growth in the United States. Key responsibilities include overseeing store operations, ensuring a positive customer and employee experience, and driving sales performance.

Qualifications

• Retail industry knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers for great customer experience
• More than 1 year of store retail experience, preferably as a supervisor or leader
• High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
• Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to implement effective solutions
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and implement new standardization directives
• High School Diploma
• Must be 18 years old or older

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment that may require quick movements and multitasking
• Able to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas
• Manual dexterity required to operate standard stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters)
