Retail Sales Lead
Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a full-time Sales Lead to support our expansion in the United States. Key responsibilities include overseeing store operations, ensuring a positive customer and employee experience, and driving sales performance.
Qualifications
- Retail industry knowledge and experience
- Confidence in customer engagement
- Over 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- High ethical standards and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and learn new things
- Physical requirements: lifting, carrying, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and manual dexterity
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing safely.
- Performing repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves.
- Working in a fast-paced environment with quick movements and multitasking.
- Working in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas.
