Retail Sales Lead
Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a full-time Sales Lead to join our team in the United States. This role involves overseeing store operations, ensuring a positive customer and employee experience, and supporting company marketing events.
Qualifications
- Retail industry knowledge, skills, and abilities
- More than 1 year of store retail experience, preferably as a supervisor or leader
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to implement effective solutions
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and implement new standardization directives
- High School Diploma
- Must be 18 years old or older
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift)
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment that may require quick movements and multitasking
- Able to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas
- Manual dexterity required to operate standard stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters)
Visual Merchandising & Inventory Management
Responsible for executing Visual Merchandising and Marketing directives, installing marketing decals, props, and setting up new merchandising planograms. Works closely with Inventory ASM to determine BOH and warehouse inventory levels.
