Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support our growth in the United States. This individual will oversee store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and a positive customer experience.

What You Will Achieve

  • Serve as the leader on duty when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is not present, focusing on achieving results while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
  • Ensure the store meets POP MART's brand standards, values, and culture.
  • Be a subject matter expert on POP MART's core business information, including characters, products, and company history.
  • Support company marketing events and RoboShop business as needed.
  • Drive sales performance and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage visual merchandising and inventory, including executing directives, managing inventory levels, and performing audits.

Qualifications

  • Retail industry knowledge and experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma.
  • Age 18 or older.

Physical Requirements

  • Regular lifting, carrying, and moving of merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing safely.
  • Performing repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with quick movements and multitasking.
  • Working in varying temperature conditions.
