Retail Sales Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support our expansion in the United States. This individual will oversee store operations, ensure a positive customer and employee experience, and drive sales performance.

What You Will Achieve

• Supervise the sales floor and motivate team members
• Act as the leader on duty when Store Manager or Assistant Manager are not present
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Support the Store Manager in meeting store standards reflecting company brand image, values, and culture
• Be a subject matter expert on POP MART core business information
• Support company marketing events and RoboShop business as needed
• Improve sales performance and meet key performance indicators
• Execute visual merchandising and inventory management tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Retail industry knowledge and experience
• Confidence and customer engagement skills
• At least 1 year of store retail experience, preferably as a supervisor or leader
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma required
• Must be at least 18 years old
