A Little About This Position
Assists in overseeing the daily operation and merchandising of the retail store. Creates and maintains a visually stunning presentation of products, and leads the team to optimize guest interaction and product selection. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the retail industry.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Two to three years of experience as a sales associate in a major sporting goods operation
- Experience working with Mountain Sports hard goods and soft goods
Pay
Hourly pay rate: $21.85 to $25.00

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have industry experience and expertise in retail, operations, and customer service, particularly in the context of mountain sports and equipment.
Skills
Proven track record in the retail industry, ability to lead a team, experience in overseeing operations, and knowledge of Mountain Sports hard and soft goods.
