Retail Sales Floor Leader, Upland North, #783
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for customers by greeting, assisting, and selling.
- Provide exceptional service and ensure all customer needs are met.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through effective selling and merchandising.
- Partner with store support teams to increase sales, drive/promote merchandise categories, and expand markets.
- Support the Store Manager in managing store expenses and budgets, including labor costs, supplies, and operational expenses.
- Utilize company tools to diagnose opportunities and develop action plans to improve store performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and participate in inventory management activities.
- Train store staff, provide feedback, coaching, and input on performance evaluations.
- Ensure all pricing, signage, and displays are correct at all times.
- Receive regular vendor deliveries and stock sales floor in a timely manner.
- Control inventory stock levels and reorder as necessary within budget.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Wine, spirits, and beer product knowledge is preferred.
- Full-time employment availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to the sale of alcohol.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to customers and team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay
Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.
