Retail Sales Consultant Part Time

About the role

K&G Fashion Superstore (K&G) has provided value-conscious customers with the latest fashions and styles at discounted prices for over 30 years. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll help deliver a world-class shopping experience in one of our 80 stores, offering designer brands at up to 60% off department store prices.

Responsibilities

• Engage as a member of a high-performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Build relationships with customers from greeting and merchandise selection through post-sale contact.
• Participate in team selling to achieve store sales volume and metric goals.
• Assist with visual merchandising, store projects, and merchandise stock counts.
• Maintain fitting room areas and return merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
• Handle customer purchases, exchanges, store credits, and returns following standard operating procedures.
• Ensure the sales floor in your assigned area is stocked and meets merchandising guidelines (color, sizing, and category).

Requirements

• Customer service experience, delivering a world-class experience daily.
• Desire to learn and adapt to new programs.
• Ability to work well and consult with associates at all levels, contributing to a positive work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift.
• Frequently bend, squat, and twist.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies.
• See and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

Pay

$14.00–$17.50 per hour.
