About the role

MWT is a family-owned business and premier authorized retailer for AT&T. We serve communities across Michigan, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, and Illinois with 59 locations. Our stores are vibrant environments where customers come to check on their services, upgrade phones, choose packages, and explore new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose the right products and services for their needs
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory and assist with product demonstrations
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history in retail sales or customer-facing roles
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, travel, and stand on feet all day

$37,305 - $92,290 based on experience and performance
