Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with personalized sales expertise, promote products, meet sales targets, and earn commissions in a supportive environment that offers opportunities to develop sales skills and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customer choices
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Stay current with evolving technology and product offerings

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication, flexibility, and adaptability skills
• Ability to work scheduled hours including weekends

Pay

Salary range of $40,000 to $63,000 including hourly pay and uncapped commissions.
