Responsibilities
- Connection builder: Create a positive and welcoming environment, listen to customer needs, and provide personalized guidance.
- Store Expert: Stay updated with industry trends, educate customers on products, and recommend the best solutions.
- Problem Solver: Handle billing and service-related questions, process payments, exchanges, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the Optimum brand professionally, demonstrate integrity, and create a lasting impression.
- Team Builder: Collaborate with colleagues, assist with complex inquiries, and provide backup support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of retail selling experience
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a knack for independent work
- Proficient in computer and technical skills
Physical Abilities
- Standing for prolonged periods
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Full-time and weekend availability required
