About the role
Every day you'll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers. Your goal is to guide them through their options using a consultative sales approach, leveraging AT&T's full suite of products.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through product options using a consultative sales approach
- Participate in community events and fill online orders
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
- Enjoy monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
- No sales experience? We'll provide the necessary tools, training, and coaching
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $52,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salaries may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
Schedule
This is a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
