Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

Every day you'll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. You'll use a consultative approach to guide customers through their options, leveraging AT&T's full suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through product options using a consultative approach
• Participate in community events and fill online orders
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work flexible hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
• No prior sales experience necessary; comprehensive training provided

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Earnings range from $15.76 to $18.33 per hour, with uncapped commission opportunities leading to annual earnings of up to $62,460.

Schedule

Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
