On the sales floor
You'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
Community involvement
- Filling online orders
- Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Schedule
Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
Seniority-based schedules
Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.

Prior experience
Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
Earnings
New Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers.
