Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

Every day you'll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers. Your goal is to guide them through their options using a consultative sales approach, leveraging AT&T's full suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Requirements

• No prior sales experience necessary; training provided.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and provide personalized service.
• Proficiency with AT&T products and services.

Pay

Earnings range from $14.25 to $16.57 per hour plus $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. Top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year.

Schedule

Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
