Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options. You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

What to expect

• Create meaningful connections with every customer with personalized sales expertise
• Meet sales targets and earn commission with AT&T's full suite of products
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
• Monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance
• Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and openness to change

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
• No sales experience? We'll provide tools, training and coaching

Pay

• Earns between $16.93 - $20.82 per hour + $13,700+ in commission if all sales goals are met
• Uncapped commission opportunities: overachieving goals earns top sellers $62,460 per year
• Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training
