About the role

Join our Retail Sales Consultant team and connect customers to their next solution by simplifying and enhancing the AT&T experience. You'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, putting your strong communication skills to the test.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
• Work in a fast-paced environment, staying current with evolving tech and meeting customer needs

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus

Pay

Earn between $19.99 - $22.63 per hour plus up to $13,700 + in commissions if all sales goals are met. Commission opportunities are uncapped, allowing top sellers to earn up to $62,460 per year.

Schedule

Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
