About the role
Every day you'll be at the center of creating meaningful connections with customers using AT&T's full suite of products.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
Requirements
- No prior sales experience necessary; training provided.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and provide personalized service.
- Proficiency with AT&T products and services.

Pay
Earnings range from $14.25 - $16.57 per hour plus $13,700+ in commissions if all sales goals are met. Top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year.
Schedule
Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
