Retail Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Stay current with evolving technology and all the ways we work to meet customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Pay

Earnings range from $19.18 - $20.83 per hour, plus a $13,700+ commission if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year.

Schedule

Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance. This is a fast-paced environment, so being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer needs.
