Pay

The base pay range for Retail Sales Consultant is $21.71 - $23.58 per hour, with potential for significant commission based on meeting sales targets.

Schedule

Retail Sales Consultants typically work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
