About the role

Create meaningful connections with customers through a consultative sales approach. Use AT&T’s full suite of products to guide customers through their options, focusing on the latest devices and personalized services.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through product options using a consultative sales approach.
  • Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls.
  • Work flexible hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
  • Stay current with evolving technology and sales methods.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with fulfilling orders.

Requirements

  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
  • No prior sales experience necessary; training and coaching provided.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Customer service skills.
  • Consultative selling techniques.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Pay

Earnings range from $16.57 - $20.45 per hour, plus a $13,700+ commission if all sales goals are met. Commission opportunities are uncapped, potentially leading to annual earnings of $62,460 or more.

Schedule

Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
