About the role
Create meaningful connections with customers through a consultative sales approach. Use AT&T’s full suite of products to guide customers through their options, focusing on the latest devices and personalized services.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through product options using a consultative sales approach.
- Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls.
- Work flexible hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Stay current with evolving technology and sales methods.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with fulfilling orders.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- No prior sales experience necessary; training and coaching provided.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
Earnings range from $16.57 - $20.45 per hour, plus a $13,700+ commission if all sales goals are met. Commission opportunities are uncapped, potentially leading to annual earnings of $62,460 or more.
Schedule
Flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
