Retail Sales Attendant - Tattersall River Falls

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions about the store and its merchandise.
• Suggest and upsell products; offer samples to customers.
• Process payments, compute sales prices, and total purchases.
• Maintain stock on the selling floor and assist with inventory tasks including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Address customer complaints and facilitate exchanges or returns; place special orders as needed.
• Display and arrange merchandise to promote sales; ticket and organize products.
• Keep customers informed about preferred customer sales and future merchandise of interest.
• Notify supervisor of product information, client requests, and additional items needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of designated work areas.
• Verify legal age for alcoholic beverage purchases when age is questionable (under 30).
• Comply with company, local, state, and national regulations for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, alcohol service, and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
