Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships and create customers for life by assisting guests with pre-owned vehicle selection
- Become a vehicle expert by learning features, options, packages, and vehicle history
- Conduct professional, high-quality demonstrations of pre-owned vehicles
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, activities, and performance
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and “A-game” mentality every day
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Motivated to learn sales processes and product knowledge quickly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
