Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a welcoming and professional manner
• Build positive relationships and provide an outstanding shopping experience
• Answer customer questions and offer product recommendations based on their needs
• Upsell and recommend complementary products to maximize customer satisfaction
• Process sales transactions accurately using a POS system
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor remains organized and inviting
• Stay knowledgeable about products, features, and promotions
• Support store promotions, special events, and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, energetic, and positive attitude
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and POS system skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Schedule

• Full time
• Monday - Friday: 9am to 5:30pm
• Saturdays: 10am to 2pm
