Compensation

Our Sales Partner Scholarship Compensation Plan guarantees a minimum of $20.00/hour for your first 12 months, plus unlimited commission opportunities. Sales Partners earned an average of $56,000+ last year, with top performers earning $100,000+ annually.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided at least four weeks in advance)

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in performance-based compensation environments
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions that deliver an exceptional experience
• Tech-savvy, goal-driven, and motivated to deliver results by confidently recommending the right solutions for every customer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the brand, using charisma and energy to connect with customers, foster relationships, listen to needs, and offer technology solutions that make a difference
• Act as a problem-solver with strong communication skills who turns challenges into victories
• Stay current with ongoing promotions, new product launches, and updates to service features to provide customers with the most relevant information and best available deals
• Collaborate as a team player who believes in the power of unity and shared mission, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
