Compensation

• Guaranteed minimum of $20.00/hour for your first 12 months through the Sales Partner Scholarship Compensation Plan, plus unlimited commission opportunities
• Sales Partners earned an average of $56,000+ last year, with top performers earning $100,000+ annually

What we're looking for

• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Schedule provided at least four weeks in advance

Even better if you have one or more of the following

• Experience in performance-based compensation environments
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions that deliver an exceptional experience
• Tech-savvy, goal-driven, and motivated to deliver results by confidently recommending the right solutions for every customer

What a Day in the Life Looks Like

• Be the face of the brand, using charisma and energy to connect with customers
• Foster relationships, listen to customer needs, and offer technology solutions that make a difference
• Problem-solve with strong communication skills and turn challenges into victories
• Stay up-to-date with ongoing promotions, new product launches, and updates to service features to provide customers with relevant information and the best deals
• Work as a team player who believes in unity and shared mission, with ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
