Compensation

Our Sales Partner Scholarship Compensation Plan guarantees a minimum of $20.00/hour for your first 12 months, plus unlimited commission opportunities. Sales Partners earned an average of $56,000+ last year, with top performers earning $100,000+ annually.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your schedule will be provided at least four weeks in advance to help you plan ahead.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance-based compensation environments
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions that deliver an exceptional experience
• Tech-savvy, goal-driven, and motivated to deliver results by confidently recommending the right solutions for every customer

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our brand, using your charisma and energy to connect with customers, fostering relationships, listening to their needs, and offering technology solutions that truly make a difference
• Act as a problem-solver with strong communication skills, turning challenges into victories
• Keep up-to-date with ongoing promotions, new product launches, and updates to service features, ensuring you’re always able to provide customers with the most relevant information and the best available deals
• Work as a team player, believing in the power of unity and the thrill of a shared mission, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
