Responsibilities

• Create a unique Italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our boutiques.
• Sourcing only the best ingredients, producing authentic recipes, and presenting a premium product offering to our customers.
• Deliver a premium service experience that’s both high quality and genuine, enabling us to create loyal customers who will want to return time and time again.
• Working on your feet in a fast-paced environment that will require you to slide between duties from selling, refilling store needs, assisting with visual merchandising, processing register transactions, etc.
• Continuous provision of excellent customer experiences that will bring joy to their day!

Requirements

• Welcome to customers and confident to engage with people.
• Able to serve gelato and coffee, while selling our high-quality chocolates.
• Flexible according to the operational needs and be able to take on duties to support your team.
• High standards of appearance, presentation, cleanliness, and work quality.
• Confident in working a cash register.
• Able to learn our recipes and take in knowledge of the ingredients and allergens.
• Work effectively and efficiently with and without direction.
• Demonstrate a 'growth mindset', always being proactive.

Qualifications

• Adaptable mindset.
• Friendly, energetic, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Experience in visual merchandising and a critical eye for how things are displayed.
