About the role

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing outdoor furniture. - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain a clean and organized store environment. - Participate in ongoing training and development programs. - Earn competitive compensation based on performance.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

- Passion for outdoor living and furniture. - Positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Customer service experience preferred but not required.

Skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
