Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
- Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
- Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
- If applicable, Experience working in a commission-based environment.
- Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
- Customer service experience.

Pay
$16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 a year in individual-based commissions if you hit all your sales goals.
Top performers could make an extra $14,500 or more in individual-based commissions, giving you the chance to earn a total of $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually.
Compensation varies by geography, hours worked, and performance.
