Responsibilities

• Blend selling that delivers results with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences.
• Understand each customer’s needs and offer personalized recommendations and connections to the right products and services.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor and in the fitting room, building trust and inspiring loyalty.
• Stay focused on achieving sales goals by driving performance through customer engagement and smart selling behaviors.
• Help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting to ensure every customer feels welcome.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Comfortable reading and understanding employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Experience in meeting daily sales goals challenges and enjoying meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourcefulness and eagerness to start a new venture, adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and excel in team dynamics.
• Physical requirements: standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Schedule

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
