Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers.
• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
• Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
• Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Achieve sales goals in a team‑based commission environment.
• Seek new product knowledge in fashion and active‑wear to serve as an expert for customers.
• Assist in the completion of projects while keeping focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Ensure the sales floor is stocked each evening.
• Collaborate with management on inventory management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including floors and bathroom.
• Execute cash‑control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
• Implement and maintain merchandising/visual directives.
• Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and visually on‑brand.
• Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (including specific dates: 11/27‑29, 12/5‑6, 12/12‑13, 12/19‑20, 12/23‑24, and 12/26‑29).
• Punctual adherence to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proactive handling of customer concerns.
• Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Quick learner of new procedures and processes.
• Strong organizational and follow‑through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Eagerness to develop new skills and responsiveness to feedback.

Pay

The hourly range for this role is $15/hr – $16/hr, plus commission.
