Retail Sale Associate responsible for ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Use proper selling techniques and product knowledge to assist customers, educate them on product features, solve inquiries, and transact sales through suggestive selling.
• Correctly measure and fit customers.
• Inform customers of promotions.
• Maintain a neat and organized sales floor.
• Ensure proper labeling and monitor product security.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents promptly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented.
• Familiar with cash registers.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Physically capable of lifting weights, standing, kneeling, and climbing.
• Retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
