JOB DESCRIPTION: One of the fastest-growing telecommunications companies is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, wireless sales, mobile sales, cable, internet, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or service packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Create long-term brand loyalty through customer relationships.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
• Support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
• Work in person at the assigned retail store location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications/sales experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
