About the role

As a Brand Associate, you’ll bring our brand to life by engaging customers with excellent service, fostering brand loyalty, and serving as a product expert. You’ll educate and inspire customers while collaborating with your team to deliver a best-in-class, omnichannel experience.

Responsibilities

• Treat all customers and employees with respect, contributing to a positive work environment.
• Promote loyalty programs to educate customers and drive engagement.
• Engage customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
• Enhance the customer experience by leveraging all omnichannel offerings.
• Meet personal goals that contribute to overall store performance.
• Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as needed.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Handle customer interactions, including returns, courteously and professionally.
• Execute operational processes efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Customer-focused mindset, delivering exceptional service both on and off the sales floor.
• Passion for retail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement; open to feedback and proactive in taking action.
• Flexibility to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to use retail technology.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Pay

Hourly range: $17.15 – $17.50. Pay varies based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies, and work location. We meet or exceed the minimum wage based on city, county, and state requirements.
