About the role

As a Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works, you will be the face of the brand—understanding customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that drive sales growth and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in company values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing purchases and maintaining a neat, clean, and stocked checkout area.
• Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and visually appealing.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Engage in constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling to assist customers and maintain store appearance.
• Consistently lift 10 pounds and up to 50 pounds.
• Adhere to all safety standards and maintain company values, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience thriving in a customer-first retail environment.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service results in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Availability to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
