Retail Sales Associate - Photographer

Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for Part-Time Team Members at JCPenney Portrait Studios. Ideal candidates have a passion for photography and sales, a fun personality, and experience working with various age groups.

What You'll Do

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customer expectations
• Perform the sales process to achieve sales average expectations
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish

Skills You'll Bring

• Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous retail, sale, service, or photography experience preferred
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults
• Ability to work in multiple studios depending on business needs

Pay

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00
