Join the JCPenney Portrait Team as a Part-Time Studio Employee. Capture fun and creative photos, engage with customers, and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that exceed customer expectations with creativity and fun.
• Perform the sales process to meet or exceed Sales Average expectations.
• Engage with potential customers and follow up with existing customers to schedule and confirm sessions.
• Provide a seamless and positive customer experience from start to finish.
• Work in multiple studios based on business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous retail, sales, service, or photography experience is preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.

Hourly pay rate: $19.00.
