Retail Sales Associate, Pembroke Lakes Mall

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Operating cash registers.
• Achieving individual sales goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in-store sales.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

Desired Qualifications

• High school diploma or general educational degree (GED).
• Six months to one year of cashier/retail experience and strong customer service skills preferred.
• Very organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while balancing multiple tasks at once.
• Able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the entirety of the shift.
• Able to lift merchandise, merchandising equipment, and boxes up to 50 pounds.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Hours are flexible and can vary based on store needs.
